Kevin First Communion

Finally after took lesson 'Pendalaman Iman' during approximately 1 year in his school SD Maria Fransisca, Vincentius Kevin Halim receives his First Communion at class 4, age 10 years, on June 10, 2007.
Ceremonial held at Santo Bartolomeus Church, Taman Galaxy, Bekasi.

Following picture and video taking at the time of ceremony , unfortunately taking fotograph is not allowed when he's take his first communion to takes care of orderliness during the ceremony ( have been prepared special fotographer by the side of school).

What is communion :
Communion is a beautiful, symbolic act that Jesus instructed His followers to do in remembrance of Him. The communion table is representative of the Last Supper, during which Jesus taught His disciples about what He was about to do by giving His body and blood to save the world from sin. Luke 22:19 says, "And he (Jesus) took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them (the disciples), saying, 'This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.’
